Carne seca is a traditional Latin American term referring to dried beef, translating to "dry meat," known for its thin-sliced, air-dried, and often crispy or very chewy texture.  We only use the best quality beef eye of round and make it in small batches utilizing the best flavor fuego seasoning made only for us, to our specifications. its truly fire!!!
